Dr. Jon T. Flint, DMD
Dr. Flint is a Meridian native and enjoys treating patients in his hometown. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Mississippi where he received his undergraduate degree and received the Taylor Medal, the university’s highest academic honor.
Dr. Flint then went on to earn his dental degree at the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in Jackson, MS. He takes pride in his education and ultimately finished number one in his dental class.
Dr. Flint enjoys a challenge and strives for perfection in everything he does. His focus is on providing the best dental care that he possibly can.
For Dr. Flint, it’s always a delight to find the unique solution that each patient needs. He loves using the skills he has learned to help others. Dr. Flint has been practicing since 2012 and thinks some of the most rewarding attributes of dentistry are the relationships built with patients. The practice is like one big family!
Speaking of family, Dr. Flint has been married to his wife, Bethany, since 2012. They met at Ole Miss while each were pursuing their undergraduate degrees. They now live in Collinsville, MS and have two children, Jasper and Charlotte.
Jennifer Flint – Office Manager
Jennifer Flint has over 26 years of experience in healthcare and has been a valued team member at Cornerstone Dental Care for nearly 12 years. With a degree in accounting, she helps patients understand their treatment plans, insurance, and financial responsibilities with clarity and care. Jennifer enjoys building relationships with patients and making their experience as smooth as possible. She is married to Raymond and is the mother to two daughters, Brenah and Aubrey. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and road trips.
Donna Gallistel- Scheduling Coordinator
With 38 years of experience in healthcare, Donna brings a wealth of experience and a heart for service to our team. Having transitioned into the dental field in early 2025, she has seamlessly applied her decades of medical expertise to provide our patients with exceptional, compassionate care. She is passionate about making every patient feel welcome and ensuring they receive the highest level of support.
Donna’s greatest joy is her family. She has been married to her husband, Steve, for 38 years, and they have two children, Alex and Alexis.
Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her loved ones, cheering on Ole Miss, and visiting her children in Nashville. Hotty Toddy!
Scottie Bounds – Dental Assistant
Scottie Bounds graduated from the Dental Assistant program at MCC in 2010 and began a career in the dental field the same year. With years of hands-on experience and a stront commitment to patient care, Scottie brings reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail to every day’s work. Outside of the office, Scottie enjoys spending time with family and friends, and loves life with husband Whitney Bounds and their fur babies.
Donna White – Dental Assistant
Donna is a dedicated dental assistant with 38 years of experience, committed to providing high quality patient care and supporting efficient clinical operations. Donna is known for her attention to detail and ability to help patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. Donna’s years of experience and passion for helping others allow her to bring both skill and warmth to every patient interaction. Outside of work, Donna is married to Roger White and together they have 5 children and 12 grandchildren. Donna and her family enjoy boating and everything coastal.
Kinsey Davis – Hygienist
Kinsey became a part of Cornerstone Dental Care in June 2026 after graduating with highest honors from the Meridian Community College Dental Hygiene Program in May 2025. Kinsey practiced out of town for a year after graduating but states her heart brought her back home. During her two years of intensive training, she was a proud member of Phi Theta Kappa and the National Technical Honor Society. Kinsey is passionate about preventive dental care. Kinsey values the strong relationships she builds with patients and believes in treating everyone with the same kindness and care she would offer her own family. Kinsey is passionate about helping patients improve both their health and confidence. As a hygienist, she helps patients maintain optimal oral health through personalized education, thorough cleanings and attention to detail. Kinsey is so excited to meet and get to know all of Cornerstone’s established and new patients.
Outside the office, Kinsey lives with and cares for her grandparents, who raised her from a young age. Her compassion and dedication at home reflect the same values she brings to her professional life. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, cooking/baking, going on fun trips, and spending time with friends and family. Kinsey has an English springer spaniel named “Memphis” who she claims as her baby.
Michelle Wellman – Hygienist
Michelle Wellman has been a valued member of the team since 2012 and truly loves her job. Over the years, she has built meaningful relationships with her patients and has had the privilege of watching them grow through different stages of life. Michelle is married to her husband, Dustin, and together they have one child, Palmer. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time around horses and anything outdoors.
