Ultimately, Dr. Flint finished first in his dental class and received the Wallace V. Mann, Jr. Award as a result.  Along the way Jon set many academic goals and now has the goal of treating his patients with the highest level of care.

nancyNancy Donald, Dental Assistant
Nancy was one of Dr. Gilmore's very first patients and in 2006 also became his employee. Making a career change and joining the Gilmore team has allowed Nancy to combine two of her favorite activities: caring for other people and caring for birds and wildlife. Nancy is very active in the local chapter of the Audubon Society. In addition to assisting both Dr. Gilmore and the dental hygienists, she maintains the feeders and flower garden outside the operatory windows. She and her husband Travis enjoy spending time with their children and watching the eagles at Okatibbee Reservoir.

donnaDonna White – Dental Assistant
Donna has truly been a part of Gilmore Family Dentistry. She began working as a dental assistant for Dr. Sonny Gilmore in May 1993 until his retirement in 1997. She then transitioned into his son’s, Dr. David Gilmore’s team. Donna says that having the opportunity to work for both father and son has been a great experience and she now looks forward to working with Dr. Jon Flint.  Working with all three dentists has allowed her to observe many advances in the dental profession. Donna believes the most gratifying part of her job is restoring the patient’s smile, which, in many cases, restores their self-confidence.  Donna and her husband Roger love to travel and entertain with family and friends. Together they have five children and two grandchildren.
